This graffiti is an excellent example of the self; an expression of modernity; a statement on the world in which we live. Most law-abiding citizens of [Dismal] Shropshireland will be au fait with the graffiti artist Banksy and his style and political stance. I can now reveal that this graffiti on County Hall was NOT the work of Banksy but of the [Dismal] Shropshireland graffiti artist ‘Barrowsky’. Although his face is rarely seen, his actions within the planning process usually leave a long-lasting smell.
