*But don’t count on them not charging you double that amount or more once their monopoly reaches perfection. [CLUE: they definitely will!]

It’s a disgrace that English Heritage just want to make a huge amount of money from this massive tunnel and road scheme…..when it will damage important parts of one of the most valuable prehistoric landscapes in Britain! Given the vast array of recent discoveries, I think it fair to say that most archaeologists (who aren’t in the pay or fear of EH) now think it’s a bad idea.
